I’m Pam Adams and I’ve worked within Woodhall for the past 9 years, in different year groups, however, when the ARC opened its doors in September 2019, I was excited to be involved from the start.

ARC stands for ‘Advancing self-Regulation in Children’. When a child comes to us in the ARC we help and support them to progress in a mainstream setting, even though they have barriers to learning, caused by behaviour, emotional wellbeing needs or social difficulties; the vast majority of these barriers are the result of childhood trauma and attachment difficulties.

In my spare time, I have a great passion for dog agility. I also love spending time with my family. I have two sons. My eldest shares my passion for dog agility and competes with the Team GB dog agility section. My youngest son attended Woodhall in the final two years of his primary education, and he thrived here.
